This March, I’m going to India for four weeks to complete my 500-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training!

I’m so excited! India is a place I’ve always wanted to go, and when I saw this opportunity present itself, I knew I had to take advantage. The fact that the training ends on my birthday (April 18th) was also a sign I couldn’t ignore!

The training is through Sacred Lasya and will be held at Somatheeram Ayurvedic Health Resort.

I am truly blessed to be able to take this trip and practice with these teachers. I’m so excited to meet the other teachers in the program and to spend some time learning about my passion-yoga!
